Dr. Ken Druck


Dr. Ken Druck founded the Jenna Druck Foundation in 1996 to honor his oldest daughter, Jenna, a remarkable young women whose life ended tragically while studying abroad. Having been selected San Diego’s Young Woman Entrepreneur at age nine; co-founded of a leadership camp for girls at 15, elected Torrey Pines ASB officer at 16 and selected as a Presidents Leadership Institute Scholar at 18, Jenna Druck was a natural leader with a fierce sense of social justice, unstoppable determination and unending enthusiasm. Her vision serves as the basis for the Foundation’s Young Women’s Leadership program.

The Foundation’s other program, Families Helping Families, was created by Ken Druck to provide support services at no cost to families like his, who had lost a child. Ken has been given the “Distinguished Contribution in Psychology” and “Family Advocate of the Year” awards and is today considered one of the top bereavement specialists in the world. He is the author of “Healing Your Life After the Loss of a Loved One, ” a spoken word CD, “The Secrets Men Keep: Breaking the Silence Barrier” and “How To Talk To Your Kids About School Violence,” voted one of the best parenting books of 2005.

Ken Druck has been featured repeatedly on national TV show, including “Larry King Live,” “Oprah, ” Anderson Cooper and PBS specials, over the past 25 years, as well as in the nation’s leading newspapers and magazines. He has touched and inspired audiences worldwide with his message of hope. And Druck Enterprises Inc., (Ken’s “paid job,”) has pioneered the fields of executive coaching and team-building for over 30 years.
